MATH 1113 — Precalculus

This class is held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 12:20 – 1:10pm in Conner Hall, room 212

Office Hours: Mondays 10:00am – 12:20 pm and Tuesdays 1:00 – 2:00pm.

Course Objectives
This course is designed to prepare students for calculus. In this course, we will complete an algebra review and we will study functions and models in detail. We will pay special attention to specific functions including powers, exponentials, logarithms, rational functions, and trigonometric functions. By the end of the course, students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of each of these functions.
